Después que el tejido
sale de tintorería, entra en función nuestro nuevo
y moderno tren de acabado Suizo-Alemán marca Calator-Ruck
que le da el toque final, preparándolo para el proceso de
corte y confección. Comenzando con un moderno hidro-extractor
que exprime el agua retenida, pasa el tejido a la secadora de vapor
la cual al mismo tiempo lo relaja para luego compactarlo y así reducir
al máximo el encogimiento. Estos funcionan con suavidad
lo que permite que el tejido no se traumatice en el proceso, así evitando
el pealing (bolitas) y el encogimiento.

Once
the woven fabric leaves the Dye Shop, it goes to our finishing
line of new Swedish-German Calator-Ruck
equipment, for the final touches before cutting and sewing. A hydro-extractor
removes any water that has been retained and passes the fabric
on to a steam dryer, relaxing it at the same time to later be compacted
where shrinkage is reduced within allowed international standards.
The entire process is done gently to avoid tension, pealing and
minimize shrinkage.
